Staging fee varies depending on what type of staging services.  Generally, we will quote the staging fee for the first 30 days including furniture selection, rental and accessories, furniture delivery and pickup.  After the initial 30 days you will be billed at a rate of 40% to 50% of the initial staging fee.

Organizing and relocation fee

It depends on the project on a case by case basis.  You can pay hourly or by the project.
